Cuy - Christmas Dinner in Ecuador
My dad spent Christmas in Ecuador, as he usually does (and typically I'd be there too.) This year though they didn't eat turkey, pig, lobster or crabs. Instead they visited a remote village where the innkeepers enthusiastically prepared cuy (guinea pig) for the guests. Benno writes that watching the preparation was more fun than eating the rodents, apparently there's not much meat on those little bones.
